The first round of the First Macedonian League for the 2016/17 season will be played on 7 August, 2016 with the following fixtures:

The team of Mladost Carev Dvor didn't fulfill the licensing criteria for the Second Macedonian Leagur. The licensing committee will have a meeting in order to decide on the free spot in theSecond League.
