The head coach of the Macedonian A national team, Blagoja Milevski, after announcing the list of players called up for the two qualifying matches for the European Championship 2024 against Ukraine (June 16, 8:45 p.m., National Arena "Todor Proeski") and England (June 19, 8:00 p.m.). 45:00, Old Trafford, Manchester), gave his opinion and commentary on the upcoming challenges.

- Darko Churlinov and Bojan Miovski are not on the list, I wish them both to recover quickly and make themselves available. Darko is currently hospitalized in the clinical center in Belgrade due to health complications.

- Sefer Emini has been called up for the first time in the Macedonian national team for the upcoming matches with Ukraine and England. He plays standard in Denmark and deserves to be part of the team.

- We were left without two options in the attack, but I believe that we will be able to present ourselves in a good light and we will be able to get the most out of it. I hope everyone will be ready by the time the games start.

- After the injury, Musliu played the last matches for his club. The rest are those who were in March. Everyone who is here is the best and everyone is in the mix to perform. We will see who will start in the attack.

- In these almost two years, we played only one complete game, it was the game with Portugal. We were not complete in all other duels. We will try to play at a high level against two strong national teams.

- We play the first match against Ukraine. We are only focused on that game, we will think about England later. The Ukrainians have an almost unchanged line-up from the previous European Championship, with the exception of a few changes. Even if there is a change in the selection position, the players are the ones called up. We have to think positively, our goal is to win, because there are no absolute outsiders in today's football.

- Alioski and Iliev will be the last to arrive at the preparations, because they will play their last matches with their clubs on June 10.
