I BELIEVE IN OUR WILL FOR SUCCESS
 As a most important secondary thing on the globe, the football, game of millions, enjoys great attention. I am convinced that as a most popular sport, football has that attention in our country as well. In this occasion when we are celebrating 10 years from the membership of the Football Federation of Macedonia (in that time Football Association of Macedonia) in FIFA and UEFA, there are not dilemmas Macedonia is an prominent member of the world's football family.
The independence of our state, for the first time make it possible for us, to created National Team and to take equal part in the qualifying competitions for the European and World Championships. In the duels with the strong world national teams our flag was flown and our national anthem was performed...
With other words, the football, with the national teams performances, became a great Ambassador of Macedonia in the attempts for more successful approach on the international scene of our small and for the first time independent state.
The time will show how successfully we have continued the long tradition on these areas and did we provided real ground for development and expansion to the "football ball", in these 10 years independent football in Macedonia.
I believe in our will for success, via fast and qualitative adaptation in accordance with the Licensing system and Statute of UEFA. I am especially glad because most of our clubs has understood importance of the licensing in due time and has taken the first steps for its fulfillment.
As a Football Federation we have organized all forces and together with enormous support by FIFA and UEFA we are doing our best efforts to provide all necessary conditions for undisturbed participation of our clubs on the European football scene.
The first important investment was renovation work on the City Stadium in Skopje .
Next step is to assist the projects and reconstruct/renovate the stadiums in Strumica, Kumanovo, Prilep,Tetovo and Chair in Skopje . The first coach's pro-licenses are already issued and in the forthcoming period we will pay significant attention to the better education and structure of the referring organization. One of our main priorities are to supply bigger number of fields for work with youth categories, but also to improve professional staff with aim to have more qualitative coaching process.
Our special cares are the representative national teams. This year "A" National Representative Team of Macedonia will play its 100's international match and few of our "A" team players already are entered in the "club 50", meaning that we are keeping special tradition in that direction too. Each good result in duels with football high strong forces as are England, Republic of Ireland, Denmark, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia and str. is with remarkable echo in Europe and has extremely valuable importance for our affirmation on international plan.

 The football in Macedonia is equally present and popular among all the citizens,
doesn't matter of their nationality and religion. This game on the best possible way make the people to be closer, delivering friendships, cooperation and make affirmation. Today we may conclude that in the past 10 years and before, the football stays just a game and was played without break, even in the most difficult moments for Macedonia .
The most important task of the Football Federation is to develop all the football regions equally. Macedonia has shown and in the time coming will prove that it is a field of talents. Therefore our next step is to work on the affirmation of our players and teams, which will help for better results of our national team.
If all of us going to help and provide better working conditions, infrastructure, education, than in the next years we will have pleasure to enjoy in the results we wish.
